I wish they made it a bit bigger. So much unused real estate!

Definitely looks tasty.  I bought the same one with my SRG and haven't got around to using it yet.

I got it for a gift last year and thought I would never use it. Now I love it for fish, eggs, bacon, veggies, toasting bread, sautéing shrimp, pancakes, etc...! :P

Oh yeah! I love a flat top and this looks like a excellent way to do it.

You might try this griddle from Academy Sports, I think it is a better fit for the SRG. I think several members use them on their SRG. I have two that I use on my Camp Chef stove.
