Nice char on the crust. For the calzone I kept the bottom stone at approx. 450F, top stone 470F.Breadsticks bottom stone 400F, top 425 Thank youSince I don't have one yet are there separate burners for top and bottom stones?Just one burner. It is adjustable so you can control how much heat each stone gets. (to some extent)With experience it gets easier to know how to adjust it to get the temps you want on both stones.
