Wanted to fix a quick dinner last night that didn't really turn out to be so quick.
Each burger is 3/4 lb. of 80/20, 2oz. American cheese, bacon bits.
Just a little seasoned salt & a little onion powder.


Onto the SRG


30 minutes later.
Add a few fries & rings, & a little mustard & ketchup.
Served on a homemade bun.


Big Burger. I'll finish it tomorrow.:P


Plain, simple, delicious.

My grandmother used to say my eyes were bigger than my stomach when i was a boy. Never understood it until much later! :D

I started to make two of them for myself, & V told me I was crazy!!

I didn't because she was right. I couldn't even eat all of the first one.
Well, I probably could have, but good sense prevailed.

If I ever had a daughter, I would sure never name her Lucy. Never liked that name for stuffed burgers, guess its just a personal thing. Kinda like naming your son Dick. Just gonna get razzed all through school.

But I tell you what, I would sure love to sit down to one those juicy stuffed burgers.
