Wow, that looks great. If I try that, I think I'll just put it in the Vitamix and puree it, then inject it straight into my Arteries.  Might as well, one more Stent might put me in the record books.  16 so far, Ha Ha.  Seriously, that does look yummy. 
I used to make "Olive burgers" for my kids when I was a single Dad.  Dice up Green Olives, mix a little cheese in, and stuff the middle of 2 patties.  I might try that again, but add the Bacon Bits too.
