When you need to move.

When you positively have to go when stopped up. In a blender put in the following.

12 ounces of prunes
10 ounces of apple juice, not from concentrate, no additives.
10 ounces of pure not from concentrate cranberry juice also no additives. Ocean spray not acceptable

Blend well and enjoy.

Oh, consume with a cup or two of black caffeinated coffee, double strong, no sugar.

douse coffee with Jack Daniels and the juice with vodka. 

Enjoy!
