Yardbird in the SRG

Had a whole chicken and didn’t know what to do with it so I thought why not FRY it in the SRG and use the Smoken Tommy ring for extra flavor

First picture is the smoking ring getting ready
The chicken, brined in a simple brine then coated with almond oil than Mrs.Dash seasoning
still going sting after 30 mins
