have some expereience with the design - used the gas version for several years on the floating home...and liked it. These are out of production but the cooking chamber is a good size for smoking or roasting....and for $40 seems like a decent deal. maybe remove the electric element and use as charcoal/wood smoker or add smoke pistol...
