How any ribs can the SRG cook at once.

I got 3 slabs of ribs that need to be cooked at once but I don't know if my SRG can hold 3 slabs at one time.

Any Suggestions?

they may fit if you put them in like a tire and have two sets of shelf racks.  I think Muebe cooks his like this all the time, he bends them in a circle meat side out and puts toothpicks in to hold together.  I know from not so good experience that the srg will hold 9-11" in the basket.  Most racks are over that, I tried three cut them down to size and hung up on rib hooks and then placed the cut pieces on the bottom.  I must have had too much stuffed in there, they didn't cook evenly and weren't very good.  Next time I do it I'll only use two or use Muebes method.

I would love to know, most I cook is two slabs cut in half with a pair of burger baskets

Thanks Guys...yeah it sounds like 3 slabs will be pushing it.

I am thinking 2 slabs SRG style and 1 slab on the quantum in a tinfoil covered panwith Beer or applejuice.

I wonder if you can wrap three slabs around a basket in the SRG???
