Christmas Wings
« Reply #-1 on: December 27, 2013, 01:47:34 PM »
My mom decided this year's Christmas party would feature appetizers instead of the regular christmas dinner.  I decided to contribute Wings smoked in the beesr over cherry wood with a nice mediterranian Rub.  They turned out great.

I think I have cooking chicken in the beesr down.  Now to master pork butts!

I love that mahogany colored patina cherry wood gives to chicken. Those sure do look good. I bet they tasted even better.
