SRG Sunday
« Reply #-1 on: February 09, 2014, 08:38:06 PM »
Several recent posts inspired tonight's SRG meal of Tatonka Dust seasoned NY Strips, Hassellback taters, and grilled asparagus with shredded pecan smoked Havarti dill cheese sprinkled on at the last minute. SWMBO said on a scale of 1-10 this dinner was a 10+, I forgot to take a cut open picture of the steak but it was a perfect medium rare like she likes it.

I don't know if this is the forum approved method or not but I started with the potato's in the basket and when they were almost done I took the basket out and put the grill on and put the taters back on the grill while the steaks cooked on their first side. As soon as I flipped the steaks I took the taters off and put the asparagus on.
