Stuffed Pork Chops on the SRG
« Reply #-1 on: May 12, 2014, 08:45:29 PM »
I found a couple of thick cut pork chops on sale so I picked up some sweet potato's and spears to go with them. Started the potato's in the SRG right as the wind was picking up and a storm front was coming through. The Tommy Shield worked like a charm after about an hour the potato's came out and got wrapped in a towel to hold till the chops were done. I stuffed the chops with shredded smoked Jarlsberg and golden raisins then seasoned them with Texas Roadhouse seasoning, then they went on the SRG along with the spears.

And the cut open shot
