Reverse seared some fat ribeyes.

nuke officer, those ribeyes look fantastic. I grilled a ribeye this evening, also. It looked pretty much like yours with the thickness and marbling. Cooked to medium rare. It was a choice certified black angus. It tasted great, but it was a little on the tough side. Not what I was expecting. Would you mind commenting on the tenderness of those beautiful steaks. They look to be cooked perfectly.

I went with the Prime grade ribeye cut two inches thick.
They were quite tender and extremely flavorful. Quite pricey at 21.99 a lb but worth it.
