Folks - I have a new rub that we will release to forum members only in order to "finalize" the flavor/aroma profile. We Call it "TOP SECRET"....
It is a blend of 2 other rubs I make ( No... it is not M-3 + WOW ). But it does have WOW in it. ;)We do not have a new label designed yet - but I think the rub needs more input before we do that....
Like all of our other rubs, salt is NOT the primary ingredient - and there are NO artificial ingredients. NO corn, soy, wheat, nuts - or glutens of any kind. NO MSG - or components that could create MSG when you cook. NO added colors or flavors. NO preservatives. No anti-caking agents. And - NO known food allergens....
But, it DOES have garlic, black pepper, lots of different dehydrated veggies and herbs. We think it might become the "go-to" for steaks, brisket ( I was told that it was the BEST brisket I have ever cooked...), pork, lamb or chicken. I have even used it when sauté-ing some shrimp recently and was very happy with the result.
The price is the same as all of our other rubs - $5.99. The post office has raised our shipping cost to $6.50 per package. We can get a maximum of 6 bottles in 1 package.

Just give mine to Tommy. When he makes a wrong turn on the interstate and ends up in Canada I will just get mine off him.

I have been fortunate to be able to test this new rub. I have used it on several rib eye steaks. I used it on the tri-tip I served with the Caesar Salad I did not too long ago.

Give me a shout. Maybe we can combine an order and split it up the next time you are up this way. I have a pretty good stash of most everything still, but I could use some WOW and this new experimental rub.
