Hi..this weekend we made scramboli for breakfast. We fried up bacon and sausage, drained sausage and added potatoes, then red, green and yellow bell peppers and onions. We had kids so couldn't go too hot. then we added the eggs, 4 dozen and let them cook for a bit then mixed it all together. Then we topped it about 3/4 the way with hot pepper cheese and let it melt. YUm..served about 15 cause the skillet is 20.5 inches across. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

That takes me back! Many memories of doing that over an open camp fire-usually up in the mountains somewhere in NM, CO, WY, or UT. Them were the days!
