Hey Gang... this has maybe been around here before, but I just got it in a DIY newsletter today (it's one of the few newsletters that I still subscribe to and always find something interesting) so I thought I would share this link to the You Tube video with everyone. If you've been wanting a pizza oven in the backyard and don't have the large space or the permission slip from the spouse, this may be an easy, inexpensive solution.
PS... if the guys in the video built this, ANYBODY can do it! ::)
I'll be anxious to see if anyone tries this, and what the results are. Don

Need a link to see it :P

Hey BigDon, glad your back up and running. All well I hope??
Had not heard from you in a long time

Judging by Don's description, I'm willing to bet this is the video:

Kind of cool. I still like my Uuni 2 better. I wouldn't have anyplace to build a temporary pizza oven. I also don't have any chopped logs to stoke the fire.

Well I have a place , an inexhaustible supply of wood & probably, bricks & an old bed frame at hunt camp.
Looks like a good spring project 8)

Call me when the pizza is ready.

I would be the one who would bump into that thing and knock it over, setting the house on fire. :-[

If I was younger I would build one but make it permanent and use fire bricks, they hold the heat better. I saw a video where a guy actually put one together inside his range oven using the racks for the top and bottom. At my age though I just order one from Sandman and pick it up 20 minutes later! ;D Don
