Just a couple picks of what turned out to be a delicious meal. Baby Baby ribs, corn, and sweet potato all hung in the PBC. Enjoy!

Same cooking times for everything? Or different for each? Inquiring minds want to know ;)

Different cook times. Ribs were about 4 hrs. Corn about an hour, sweet potato about 1 1/2 hours. I did plan it though so everything would come off around the same time but as you know that never works put quite right. Corn was done first (about 10 min before ribs) then ribs then sweet potato. But wasn't a big deal as I left the corn wrapped in foil tp stay warm and the ribs rested about 20 min while the potato finished.

Thanks! Great information. And looks like a wonderful cook and meal!
