Hanging a 8lb Pork butt / Pork shoulder rubbed with mustard and seasoned with rileys Cajun season. Put on at 8:00 am.

This was my first and best Pork butt I have ever made!!!! I had to use the Texas crutch to get done for people coming over for loaded pulled pork nachos.
Never again will a Pork butt go into an electric smoker.
I'm repeating when I say that the PBC is an amazing cooker!

Thanks smoke actually I told my buddy I was doing a Pork shoulder and he suggested loaded pulled pork nachos so he brought over some toppings and bam tasty! Actually having some for lunch right now. I will tease with another picture.

Yes, kind of... I wouldn't say the grills/smokers are going non-stop, but there's always plenty of food. As time gets closer people will post what they plan to cook, etc. I always bring two pellet-fuelled grills and a large two-burner 30,000 BTU Camp stove, which folks are welcome to use. You are welcome to bring your PBC if you like.
