Title: Wood Magazine - plans for LP smoker cabinet
Post by: DWard51 on May 10, 2017, 10:41:23 PM
Just a FYI, but in the back page of the latest issue of Wood Magazine, they list what is upcoming in the next issue.  The September 2017 issue (available July 5th) shows they will have a story on building a wooden cabinet LP smoker.  This is the photo they posted in the current issue. I have no other info and just saw what is below. So that might be something to watch for if you are interested.....

Great Project!

I would be tempted to spend a little more, and install a pellet grill assembly instead of gas. Easier to regulate temp and smoke.

I know some here have done similar. Hopefully you post will generate some input from others. Just what I need ANOTHER cooker! ;) ;D ;D ;D

Another option for firing a wood cooker / smoker like that is just plain old charcoal and chunk wood for the smoke.
