Title: Smoked meatloaf for dinner

Last night's dinner was a smoked meatloaf.

1.25 lb. ground beef & various other goodies.

Basted with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
Ready to go into the Bradley

Preheated to 230F.
Smoked for 2 hrs with a combo of mesquite & Jim Beam  pucks.

Another hour & 10 minutes to 164F IT.

Meatloaf recipe was nothing special (Use your favorite ;)),
but it sure did hit the spot.

Plated with mashed potatoes, corn, homemade white bread & iced tea.
Forgot to get a shot plated  :-[

That looks fantastic.  I always forget about doing meatloaf on the smoker.  Thanks for posting.
