Title: Beef Burnt Ends
Post by: GusRobin on July 09, 2017, 09:08:58 PM
Was in Costco to buy some belly for bacon and saw a package with 4 chuck strips. So I thought I would make burnt ends.

Lathered with CYM and some salt and pepper and into the RecTec.

Pulled at about 199* and ready to cube and sauce.

Sauced and ready to go back on the grill.

Plated with some beans.

Results: very tender, not brisket point tender, but good.
