Hard to beat this classic approach. I think pork tenderloins are one of the hardest critter chunks to cook well because they'll go "dry" in a heartbeat with too much heat and not enough basting. Hope yours was as good as it looks ;D

Thanks Hub! Turned out nice and moist, combination of the Fatty Bacon and Water in the trough of the Slow and Sear
