Hi all, just picked up a Pit Barrel Cooker for my maiden voyage into smoking.  I also have a Weber Genesis that's put in a lot of work since I got it.

I live about 20 miles south of Boston in a small town called Pembroke with my wife and four kids.  My other hobby/passion is board gaming and I'm actually hosting a game night on Thursday where I'm planning to cook a brisket and a few racks of ribs on the PBC, and some grilled pineapple w/cinnamon on the Weber.
