Title: Hello from the BBQ capitol of the world: Philadelphia
Post by: lone369 on August 05, 2017, 09:35:44 AM: Thank you for allowing me to join. Sadly, Philadelphia is a weak BBQ town. There are no more then 5 places that are worth the trouble. I love to BBQ, grill and smoke. I have a very nice Weber grill and an under used Bradley Smoker. I am looking for tips, recipes and help.

With a little luck & some trial & error, you'll have much better shot at getting some pretty d@mn good cue than I will of finding anything close to a Nick's Roast Beef down here in Charlotte ! ! !
