Another great cook Tom! I actually like those riblets from Walmart. They do have more meat than the back ribs and are easy to cook.

I found a couple of pack at my local Wally World. To confirm, the cook ran at approximately 250° for just under three hours?

Temp was closer to 300 on the PBC and just under three hours, Thanks for Watching!
