I wanted to try some red meat today, so I did some steak and burgers. I cooked both at the same time for 2.5 Hours at 130.
Lessons learned: I could have gone an hour longer on both. For the burgers I should have used the submerged bag method to not pull as much air out of them.
Still some really great eats. I used the SnS on both and which was a great way of searing them.
