I've seen several sites that talk about SV bacon. Since I'm following serous eats for ribs, I followed their directions for bacon https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2016/11/overnight-sous-vide-bacon-recipe.html
145 overnight. I browned on both sides instead of the suggested one side. The bacon is really tender and was a lot easier to cook using this method.

In the bath using the original package. Ribs on the side that will go much longer.

After the overnight bath. Not to pretty looking but it can be eaten at this time (if you want)

I am about ready to pull mine out of the hot tub. Been in there since yesterday. Zaycon thick bacon!
