Title: Salmon Cake Eggs Benedict

I never have been too successful at making hollandaise sauce, so I when I saw this recipe I knew I had to try it.  I have made the sauce a few times now and it is impossible to mess up.  The sauce does take 2 hours to cook in the SV, so you have to plan accordingly.  The eggs get 1 hour in SV with the sauce.

I did the salmon cakes in my CI, just about 3-4 minutes a side and into the oven to keep warm.

When the sauce is done you simply take it out and put in in your blender till its mixed good and its good to go.
