Title: SV Halibut Tacos
Post by: zueth on January 19, 2019, 10:58:03 PM
Rubbed Halibut with EVO and Tequila Lime BBQ Rub, bagged it with lime slices and a pat of butter. The. Put in hot tub at 137 for about 45 minutes, dried and seared in CI for about 1 minute total. Then assembled tacos, they turned out ready good.

Good looking tacos.  Especially since they are fish tacos.  And halibut, too.
