Not sure why it has been so long since I cooked up a Flat Iron Steak i always love them and they are not that expensive of a cut. This is the first time doing the Flat Iron in SV, always been on the grill in past.
Rubbed steak with garlic olive oil and seasoned with Webber Steak and Chop, vacuum packed with some butter and went in SV @ 131 for about 2 1/2 hours. Then pat dry and seared on SRG for about 1 minute a side.
