Title: Pork Tenderloin Experiment

Was looking for a quick weekday meal so took a marinated pork tenderloin from store and cooked in SV at 138 in original package, it ended up cooking for about 3 hours. It turned out very good and would do again for a easy meal, but prefer a tenderloin done on smoker.
