Got some time to kill so here is my review of the seasoning of the 2 rack.

First read the entire instructions. Read again if you need to.

Do not use the 2 rack indoors unless you can have 100% ventilation to the outside

Seasoning.

Dont fill the puck tray with any water

Not sure yet.

Here are the temps

Power levels

PL 01 C-73-109 F 160-200
PL 02 C- 90-110 F 190-230
PL 03 C- 110-130 F 230-270
PL 04 C- 125-150 F 260-300
PL 04 C- 145-164 F 290-330

Convection and has a fan in it.

Smoking little dood. Good for 1-2 people.

Bradley gave a 2 rack to each registered forum member who attended the Iowa bbq.
