Amateur hour compared to Minnesota.......we don't have much, but biggest state fair we do.

That deep fried nutella, holy smokes. It would be very hard to choose between that and a cannoli. I am sure glad about what we serve at the Texas State Fair.

WOW...there are several on that list that I would love to try Jack!  THANKS for the comp on the ribs...They are still swirling around in my head...I have another trick or two to try on them ;)

Pappy The Hawaiian Ice vendor there is Bart. He is my daughter's father-in-law.  Bart is an exec. at 3M - but takes some vacation time every year to do the MN State Fair.

Are you SURE it is bigger than the Texas State Fair? That must be HUGE.....
