Title: Christmas Party Wings

I was asked to bring some smoked wings to our Christmas luncheon tomorrow at work.  I picked up 4
packages of Tyson drumettes.  They were coated with EEOO and then I mixed the last of my Mo Rockin
Chicken in the bowl with them.  I ran out before they got completely coated so I finished the coating
with Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy rub.

Put onto the Grid Iron using Cookin Pellets Perfect Mix.  I am starting the wings out at 175 for the first
hour to get some extra smoke.  Then I will bumped them up to 250 for another hour and finish them at 375.

Headed to the house.  Will let cool down and refrigerate tonight.  Will reheat in the morning and transport
to work in my crock pot.

This was the first time I used Cookin pellets and I really like the aroma and the amount of smoke I am getting from
them.  I think I just may have found my go to pellets.  Just wish there was a distributor down here in the South.

Just a quick followup to this. The party was great and the first thing to go was the wings.
Now I have some co-workers who want me to do some wings and other BBQ for them.  :)

Well close.. :D I have 2 boys and 14 girls I supervise.  Them women can eat some wings let me

Those are the only pellets I use. They're great. I have lucked out and been able to get them for a great price a couple of times off they're website.
