Today I got a phone call from them.
They asked how I was,and wanted to let me know they have a backlog and my PBC will ship in second week of June.
Now how is that for customer service,I cant recall any other seller calling me up to keep me in the loop like that.
I think Im beginning to understand why folks speak so highly of this company.Being an American,and the company being American,to see such outstanding customer service,just over the top.
Kudos to PBC,they get it,all the right stuff.WTG!

I ordered a PBC from Noah and Amber last Tuesday and she told me they would ship out the first week in June. While I was somewhat disappointed I had a short wait ahead of me, it's actually good news, as business is going well for them.
Great people, selling a great product ,made in the US of A. The word is out about these folks....continued success Noah and Amber!

Yes,its great to see business is good,so much negative news in the world its so nice to hear something nice for a change isnt it.I dont mind the wait at all if it means good things for folks.

I'd love to see them get the funding to grow the business. I just don't want to see them become a company with an automated answering system... I like calling and talking with Amber...

I definitely agree with the sentiment. Noah and Amber provide an uncommon level of personalized customer service. They deserve all the business success they are now experiencing.

I had the same experience. I have one and ordered one for my father on line. Was back ordered and got a personal call, and a date it would ship. To top it off, it shipped on time!
Good customer service is hard to find!!
