Title: More Big Easy Basket Chicken Legs
Post by: muebe on May 27, 2014, 09:10:32 PM: So I took the chicken legs and pulled the skin back. Then a liberal coating of muebe3(a special M3 rub by Tee for me). Pulled the skin back over the chicken and another coating...

Loaded into the Big Easy basket with the leg racks...

Meanwhile I am building a new Bradley Smoker cabinet and while working this guy scared the crap out of me!!! He was crawling on the wall. Probably close to 5ft long. After catching him there was a little show and tell with my daughter...

After the show and tell was over I let him go in the back hill behind the house...

After all that the chicken was finished. The last 10 minutes of cooking were with the lid off...

I guess growing up a desert boy snakes and other critters don't bother me too much.

It is having the knowledge of knowing what to grab and what to avoid/kill that is important ;)
