It' be a tie for me:

Cheesecake is incredible done on a grill with just a slight kiss of smoke - YUM!

Fruit crisp - apple, peach, etc. - is also incredible with that hint of smoke.

I haven't tried a lot of desserts - but I do love grilled fruit. I've tried many, but the wildest was watermelon - fantastic! Actually, I really like them for breakfast.
