The eastern stille off grilling Kabobs is on a high heat sear the outside and moist and pink on the inside .i will do it on the Weber Kettle . but saying that . i never tried it in a pit Barrel .( i don't have one )
I remember someone hung the kabobs on the hooks and had bent the ends of the kabobs so nothing would slip off into the coals.

Using the rack - anyone tried kabobs on their Pit Barrel ?Just curious if results would be good for kabobs - or would a Weber Kettle be the better play ?
