Seams like you can't get enough food after running one.

The government recommends the average male get 2,000 calories a day. The last half I ran I burned up close to 1,500. Yep Ray that will make you real hungry! And for some steak!

They say when Phil Collins plays the drums for a 2.5 hour concert it is like running a marathon. I have never played the drums but I play a mean CD...after 2.5 hours I am really hungry ??? ??? ???

Back in the old days I put down some 32 ounce and 48 ounce steaks. Not in a competition but just cause I liked meat. In these competitions you have to have all the sides too. I just wanted the steak and maybe a little baked potato. Today I can still do 16 ounce or 24 ounce with no problem if I am doing the cooking.
