Some Cooking
« Reply #-1 on: September 17, 2016, 09:49:01 AM »

It's been another one of THOSE weeks. Didn't do too much cooking but here's a few things I did.

Grilled some fresh hot sausage for a poboy one day. No picture of the actual sandwich but it wasreally good.

Made breakfast one morning.

Crawfish etouffee for dinner Thursday evening.

I plan to do something on the Keg later this afternoon for the LSU game tonight.

Traeger Executive 125
Broil King Keg 4000
Primo Jr. Oval
 Cast Iron Jambalaya Pot
Various Outdoor Burners and Pots
Custom made Deep Fryer
Old Fashioned Open Pit Grill

Looks really good Caj! Even on a "slow" week you cook more than anyone I know, lol.
