And there we are, another reason Thermoworks needs to produce a 4 or more probe unit. I am waiting.

To clarify, I like my Thermoworks products and would not trade them for others but I would pay the extra cost for a 4 probe unit.
All I have to say is I had crummy McDonald's for dinner After looking at those steaks on your Weber Kettle (with sear kit?) and the caprese salad, I am envious and really hungry.
Just got my smoke in the mail. Yay! Now to find something to make so I can use it.
