Vote for Cowgirl for 2012 Best Food Blogger
« Reply #-1 on: December 07, 2012, 10:57:43 PM »
Last year in FriendsEAT 2011 Best Food Blogger Poll our Cowgirl "Jeanie" received 2nd place, lets all do our best to give her our vote again for this year and see if she can get 1st place!

Go here and click "Love" to vote - http://friendseat.com/cowgirlscountry

I think a large majority of us have learned quite a bit from our Cowgirl, lets show our appreciation and give her our votes... maybe this year she will be voted 1st place!

Thanks in advance for taking the time!

I don't want to sign up to face book either so that was my way of helping her get votes. Even if I click on the vote button on my Blog I would still need to sign up to Facebook to vote.

How I understand it... if you don't have Facebook, in order to vote you have to register with FriendsEAT.com and then you can use the above link I posted to vote or go to http://cowgirlscountry.blogspot.com/ and vote using the nomination badge she posted on her page.

I tried multiple times to get an account with Friendseat and it always said to sign in through facebook. Thats no big deal but I won't do facebook because I tried it once and a bazillion people wanted to be my friend from 25 years ago, no thanks ;)
Mossy if their is a way you know of that I can sign up to friendseat without F.B. I would like to because it seems like a cool site.

I will ask FriendsEAT your question. What is funny is I can not contact them through their webpage, only way I have found to talk to someone there is to private message them through Facebook!

Here is a thought to throw at you... don't register with Facebook with your real name, register as Keymaster; no one will know who you are unless you choose to disclose your identity and you can pick and choose who you want as friends without hurting any feelings of old acquaintances... just a thought!

It may help garner her a few more votes if we get her signed up here as a member.....some of us know her and have enjoyed her blog...but, we would like to have here here some too...Especially so that more of us can feel good about voting for an LTBBQ member :D

I let Jeanie know she is welcome here and there are quite a few members that would like to see her here every now and then.
