Yes Sir....after 54 years in Cali, I have done my share of triskets. Muebe is the "Father of the Trisket"

Just cook a tri-tip as you would a brisket........insanely good.

Excellent looking brisket Smoke! I have also done my share of triskets and they are great! Cook them like a brisket and they are good. My wife actually prefers a trisket to a brisket.

Great looking brisket, Smoke!

An FYI:  The Mouse Hole feature for threading probe wires through is also on the MAK 1 Stars!

Scorching hot air that reaches over 2000 degrees (now that will start a fire)

How can it generate hot air at that temp before starting the fire?

Our ceramic FlashFire(tm) igniters get to 2012F in 10 seconds. The variable speed Tube Axial fan blows that 2012F heat into the firepot, which ignites the pellets. You'll have full fire in the firepot in 3 minutes.

Ahhh man! That's just too dang pretty! Both the brisket and beef candy. I think you need to overnight some to MAK HQS for quality assurance. Yeah you do! Looking great there Smoke. How'd you enjoy that MAK Hickory sauce? Appreciate how much you are enjoying your MAK 2 Star. Keep on SMOKIN'!

Yes Sir!! We are putting everything in there that we possible can and getting great results.

The MAK Hickory sauce is a real good sauce. We used the entire bottle for the burnt ends!

I would send some overnight to you over at MAK but I don't for two reasons:  1. You guys can probably get more out of your MAKs than anyone and...2. We hardly have any leftovers  :)

Ok, here is one of those "we both got in late from work (we work at the same hospital..Wendy in a Dr.s Office and me in the kitchen) and we aint got much time for supper" kind of cook" nights.

On the Weekend, Wendy will make up casseroles ahead of time and freeze em. Perfect for a MAK late supper, just toss it in the fridge in the morning.

This special concoction is so good, I served it to the patients for supper last weekend and it will be in the cafeteria later this week for the public.

Wendy promises a recipe soon, so hang in there.

Here is her "Chicken Poblano Casserole".

I set the MAK for the classic baking temp of 350 degrees.

Now where is that casserole?   Ah, here it is

Look at all that smoke at the 350 setting.......only in a MAK!! See how I used the probe to easily monitor the casserole temp....

About 2 1/2 beers later the casserole reached 160 degrees internal and lets get eating.
Look at the nice smoke it picks up and the MAK is at 350 where normally on other grills you hardly get smoke, but we are talking about a MAK folks

We added the chopped green onions and had a great supper.

Just another great example of how to use your MAK or any other pellet grill with limited time. Something any family member can easily handle!!

Wendy promises to share the recipe so hold your horses, she will get it to you  :)

Looks fantastic! Yes, recipe please!!!  We almost never use our indoor oven during the warmer months. It’s all about the MAK! :)
