Boring regularity......
« Reply #-1 on: November 02, 2018, 12:53:20 AM »
Kinda feel bad for not contributing much lately, but have become so accustomed to the MAK working perfectly, that I have just plain forgotten to document any cooks lately. We use ours 3+ nights a week, rain or shine, and never a problem.........which is a good problem to have! Anyway, hope everyone is doing well, and will try to remember to photo a cook one of these days.

Happy for you!!! But it sounds like we should all wish upon a Star (get it...lol) that your MAK starts falling apart as your excuse for not sharing many cooks with us is that your MAK is to perfect ;)

I feel like I am in the same boat, sir.
I purchased a GMG Daniel Boone pelletizer about 3 months ago and it's been uneventful since then.  I have been cooking ribs and chicken and last week a boston butt.  It all turns out like it usually does and the pictures are all the same, so why post the same old same old?

I felt the same way Jaxon about posting the same old cooks, but then I realized that their our new members and also non members that may be looking for guidance on various cooks. So my recommendation to everyone is to keep posting your photos and details. We may ALL learn new things.  :)

I agree because if the picture postings get slow they may slip in a few more pictures of Tim.

Me too! Many repeat cooks that are always perfect. Plus built a big deck between fishing, crabbing and camping.

I totally agree with your comment on the MAK.  I consistently smoke bacon, make ribs, etc. and they always turn out fantastic so I have not been posting anything because they always turn out the same.

Maybe you should cook your next round of ribs with the Pellet Boss set to Grill? That would give you something to post
