What do I need to know before using my UUNI 2s??

Sunday the weather went crazy an was unable to use my new (used) UUNI 2s.  So I'm going to try this weekend to cook for the first time with it.

Anything I need to know, any hints ?       Any info is good, and will be trying real crust first then after I get the "feel" of it I'll try a low carb crust

OH, if anyone is thinking will he make any mode to it the answer is MOST LIKLEY         Art knows what I mean

But I didn't start or control the fire so I'm kinda starting from scratch.   Just seeing if there is anything I need to knoeother than what I found on YouTube

There is no igniter rod to start the pellets, so you're going to have to start it manually by taking two pellets and rubbing them together briskly until they ignite!

Brad made the pizza dough at the gathering.  Worked really well and tasted good.  We did make a lot of pizzas between the two UUNI's.
