Some fresh rockfish fillets were in the seafood case, so fish taco's were on tonights menu. While we're not on a hard core diet, we are trying to cut carbs whenever possible. So, we substituted cabbage leaves for flour/corn tortillas. Turned out really well! Seasoned up the fillets with some blackening seasoning, and with the MAK on GRILL, cooked them to 140F internal. For fixings, we used avocado, queso fresca, radish, and cilantro, along with a little drizzle of Mexican crema and a squeeze of lime. Definitely warrants a repeat!
