Asparagus in SV
« Reply #-1 on: December 17, 2018, 07:12:09 PM »
I have never done vegetables in SV, heard they are very good so I wanted to try.  Tonight I tried asparagus and they turned out very good, the only thing I think i would do different is to finish them for 1 minute a side on BBQ.  We had them with some pan-fired oysters.

What's on the asparagus?  Is it Hollandaise?  I love Hollandaise on asparagus.
