It’s pushing now. Hitting 180 and counting. Resisting the foil for a hard bark

Are you kidding me? This was one of the longest cooks for a butt I’ve had. But man oh man this this was a great cook. This will be the only way I do a butt from now on.

The butt got fully pulled and it was amazing. I just gave my daughter a freezer size bag full of love.
