That Old Smokey electric grill flies under most folks radar when searching for smokers. They have sold bunch of em. I have had a Old Smokey charcoal grill for years now...best bang for the buck and it was under 60.00 at the time...made in Texas....nuff said...............

I've had both an 18"(med) Old Smokey and the electric smoker when they were called Redi-Smoke.
both were great cooking tools
my favorite cook in the OldSmokey was whole chickens on stand up chicken rack cookers
and my favorite cook in the electric smoker was turkey

http://oldsmokey.com/

if I was buying a new one I'd buy the 22"in and rig it like a Weber
it has a better lid and venting system than the Weber
and they are less than half the price of a Weber
