Time for some Death Dust
« Reply #-1 on: April 01, 2013, 11:47:01 AM »
Bowl of death...

The boy is intrigued ;)

Halved and they filled 3 Bradley racks...

PID set to 170F for 3 hours with convection fan off then rest of the time at 170F with convection fan on. I like the fan off during smoke time...

Into the pool...

3 hours of Pecan pucks loaded...

Picture of my convection fan. Plenty of air movement for dehydrating and convection smoking...

Holding at 170F exactly...

Stay tuned...

Went outback just now. Even being outside near the Bradley causes your eyes to water a little and takes your breath away a bit :o
