Mustard seeds on Ribs

I have not done this in a while but used to a lot. After you get your ribs all seasoned up throw some whole mustard seeds on and press in. When you bite into one you will get a little heat pop. Smokin Don

Never thought of that for ribs, but that's exactly why I like adding mustard seeds to Kielbasa and my summer sausage. I like that little burst of flavor you get when one pops.
